Lubrication Station with Two Workstations
The lubrication station with two workstations is designed for lubricating in 4 points with 2-3 types of grease different components. After lubrication the components are automatically assembled.
The table has 2 workstations which can lubricate and mount each assembly simultaneously. Lubrication station consists of an aluminum structure made of aluminum frames to support the weight of all assemblies:
- Guide unit with 3 lubrication nozzles;
- Bearing lubrication unit;
- Tightening bearing unit;
- Plastic shoe assembly unit.
Work units and assemblies are driven by pneumatic cylinders.
Grease is distributed in every lubrication point by operating a directional seated valve. Depending on the time of operation of each distributor is dosed a certain amount of grease.
