We design each hydraulic system depending on the characteristics of hydraulic cylinders and dynamic parameters needed to operate efficiently.
Together with the client we create the desired specification containing the following:
1. For each hydraulic cylinder we need the following data:
- Maximum force in both directions ... daN
- Travel speed in both directions ... mm / sec.
- Any slow movement and holding time at a certain pressure have to be specified etc.
2. We need a description of all machine sequences, all confirmations and all working conditions, the realization of a work cycle, the automatic / manual mode.
3. You must set the oil tank location.
